A Smart & Final store occupies the one-block area between 41st and International, and the place where East 12th passes over 42nd on its way to I-880. A mural called “Peace and Dignity” by CRP Bay Area already occupies the 41st and International side of the store. The new mural will be on the Precision Source building, facing the parking lot on one side and East 12th on the other.
